Cork ARC support

On the 27th May, Cork ARC welcomed Tina, Mark O’Connor’s wife, along with Marie from Cork Dragons to Cork ARC Cancer Support House recently as they presented a generous donation in Mark’s memory.

It was a meaningful visit filled with heartfelt conversations about Mark’s strength, positivity, empathy, and the lasting impact he had on so many people across the local community and far beyond. His legacy continues to inspire all who knew him, particularly within the Cork Dragons. of which he was a founding member.

Tina and Marie also spoke about their commitment to continuing Mark’s mission of raising awareness around male breast cancer, including their hope of creating a pink ribbon touched with blue - a symbol they aspire to see recognised globally.

We are deeply grateful for their support, kindness, and dedication to ensuring Mark’s story continues to make a difference.
