Congratulations

The infectiuos enthusiasm, support and dedication throughout the Helm training this year was simply fantastic.  We raised our glasses ad toasted our 3 new helms who completed their training, Janet, Iluta and Helen.  They showed immense courage, resilience, and a real knack for keeping their heads above water - literally.  We'd also like to give a massive round of applause to our fabulous Julie Doyle (IDBA)who brough her expertise to the event.  Thank you also to Tracie Spriggs who worked hard on the day and kept us all going.  

A huge shout out also to the incedible volunteers who rocked the Capsize Training.   As we know its not just aout the capsize training but about building a community that thrives on friendship, adventure and the occassional belly flop.
